Our story
It started with Matisse.
I came across Henri Matisse's work and something clicked. The bold colour, the loose, fluid shapes, the way a single canvas could fill a room with feeling — I couldn't stop looking. Then I couldn't stop reading. One artist led to the next: Van Gogh's blossoms, Klimt's gold, Frida Kahlo, folk art, celestial symbols, old botanical prints.
Somewhere along the way I realized this wasn't a phase. I love art — and I wanted to live with it, not just look at it on a screen.

My name is Kaleb Frezer, and Maison Weaves is what came out of that obsession. I'm a student and a lifelong art lover based in Ontario, Canada, and I started this brand to bring that same feeling into everyday spaces — the bedroom, the living room, the bare wall above the sofa that's been waiting for something with a little soul.
Every design in the collection is one I chose because it moved me first. If it doesn't carry that sense of colour, character and history, it doesn't make the cut.
